Advising and Consulting Services

for Organizational Excellence

OUR SERVICES

Navigating the challenges and pitfalls of leadership and professional ministry can be difficult. Michael’s wisdom and counsel was invaluable in helping me successfully navigate situations of conflict in ministry, as well as develop new vision as a leader. His experience gave me greater confidence as a leader, and helped our church get on a healthier footing with a clearer focus on mission and purpose.
I highly recommend (Michael’s) services for any church or nonprofit.

The only way for an organization to fully achieve its mission and expand its impact is to pursue excellence. The only way to reach excellence is to focus on People, Planning, and Performance.

Excellence is not perfection. It is a deep commitment to doing the hard work of rising above the easy and the mediocre. It requires the paradoxical combination of true humility and bold confidence in your talents and mission.

Excellence is not about comparing yourself or your organization to another, it is about comparing what you’re doing now to what you could be doing better, and then doing it.
